Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment (Valid for Orders Only):
If you wish to cancel an order or an item that has not yet been shipped, please contact Customer Service at support@furrsnestventures.com.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been properly processed.
How do I get a refund for a canceled order, and how long does this process take?
For pre-shipment cancellations, we process refunds within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
In the case of cancellation after shipment or return of goods, once the product arrives at our warehouse and is confirmed, the refund will be processed.
If you paid by credit/debit card or internet banking, your refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. This process takes place within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned item. It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
– Product damaged due to misuse/overuse.
– Missing or damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, and other accessories.
– Tampered serial number.
– Used or modified product.
– Cancellation initiated 15 business days after order delivery.
